  Applicants must allow up to three full months from when an application is submitted before an outcome will be advised.Regardless of the size of your project, applicants are encouraged to contact the Trust office to discuss it with one of the Grants Assessors prior to submitting an application. This also applies to groups and organisations who have previously received grants from Central Lakes Trust. If you wish to meet with a staff member, it is recommended that you telephone the office to make an appointment, or they will arrange to visit you.

• Applicants must allow up to three FULL months from the time a fully complete application is submitted to our office before a decision will be advised. Any events or projects must not be held or started before a decision is received from Central Lakes Trust as this would be deemed to be retrospective. 

  To apply for funds, applicants must use an official application form which can be either: 

  • downloaded from our website, or
  • picked up from any library in the Central Lakes Trust region, or
  • picked up from any District Council Office in the Central Lakes Trust region, or
  • requested by telephone from the Trust Office on 0800 00 11 37, or email at info@clt.net.nz

• Closing Dates
  There are no closing dates. However, all applicants must allow up to three FULL months for a decision from the time a fully complete application has been submitted to the Trust.

  All CLASS Applications have varying closing dates therefore please contact the Community Arts Council in your area. Application Form & Guidelines were updated in April 2012.
