To ensure accountability of Central Lakes Trust funds, each organisation is required to provide an evaluation report at the completion of its project/operation which will outline results and benefits. Depending on the length, type and complexity of a project, progress or milestones reports may also be required. Organisations which have received operational grants, will be required to submit a Results Against Objectives and Measures. Organisations which have received a grant towards a project will be required to complete an evaluation form (GEC). Samples of these two accountability/evaluation forms can be viewed for your information via the following links. These forms however, will be personalised and sent out with the Trust's decision letter.

Results Against Objectives and Measures (Operational Grants)

GEC (Project Grants)

The Trust reserves the right to undertake follow-up audits of grants approved.

Any new grant application will not be considered from an organisation until evaluation requirements relating to its previous grant have been met.
